Terms for using 925pro.com and starting a jewelry project.

Effective date: August 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of https://925pro.com/ and your communications, RFQs, sample requests, wholesale inquiries and purchases with 925 Pro (“925 Pro”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Business and eligibility

925 Pro is an overseas-facing jewelry manufacturing project based in Haifeng County, Shanwei, Guangdong, China. The website is intended primarily for businesses, brands, designers, retailers and adult purchasers. You must provide accurate contact, product and shipping information.

2. Product information

Product images, drawings and descriptions are provided for reference. Actual dimensions, weight, finish, plating, color and production results can vary within the approved sample and agreed specifications. We may correct errors or update product information.

3. RFQs, samples and custom orders

An RFQ is not an accepted order. A project becomes binding only when the parties confirm the quotation, specifications, sample, payment terms and production schedule in writing. Sample and mold fees depend on size, shape and weight. Minor changes within the approved direction can usually be handled within two revisions; major changes may require a new charge.

4. MOQ, price and payment

Our standard starting MOQ is 30 pieces per design. Final pricing depends on materials, dimensions, weight, finish, quantity, packaging, shipping and other requirements. Payment timing and accepted methods are stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. Do not send full card details by email or WhatsApp.

5. Production and shipping

Standard production is usually 5–20 days after sample approval. Larger orders or complex craftsmanship may require additional time. We support shipping to serviceable destinations worldwide, excluding areas where transport is unavailable because of war or other restrictions. Duties, taxes and import charges are handled as stated in the quotation or shipping terms.

6. Custom work, cancellations and returns

Custom, private-label and made-to-order work is produced for the agreed project and may not be returnable for preference or change-of-mind reasons. Defective, incorrect or damaged goods are handled under the agreed project terms and our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before cancelling because production may begin after approval.

7. Intellectual property

You must have the right to use any logo, image, design or reference you submit. You remain responsible for third-party rights in your materials. Our brand content and original materials are protected by law.

8. Website use and liability

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material, scrape it without permission or infringe another person’s rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from website access or a project. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact

Any governing-law or dispute terms applicable to a particular order will be stated in the written quotation or agreement. Mandatory consumer and commercial rights remain unaffected. Contact liam@925pro.com before escalating a concern.
