What is your MOQ?
MOQ starts from 30 pieces per design. Final requirements may vary by construction, material and production process.
How are sample and mold fees calculated?
They depend on the design size, shape and weight. We provide a project-based quotation.
How many revisions are included?
Minor changes within the approved design direction can usually be handled within two revisions. Major changes may require a new sample charge.
How long does production take?
Standard production is usually 5–20 days after sample approval. Larger or complex projects may need additional time.
Can you provide quality documents?
Available documentation can be discussed according to the product and destination market.
Do you ship internationally?
