How sample and mold fees are assessed

There is no responsible single sample price for every design. A simple flat component, a detailed ring, a hollow pendant and a multi-part earring can require different development work. 925 Pro assesses sample and mold fees according to the specific size, shape and weight of the product. If the design changes substantially after the first review, the quotation may need to be updated. Minor changes are normally discussed within two revisions; major changes may require additional charges.

Production and shipping expectations

Standard production is usually 5–20 days after sample approval. This window does not automatically include sample development, revisions, packaging printing, customs or transit. How to prepare a quote request that can be answered quickly

The fastest quote requests are not necessarily the longest. They are organized around the decisions that affect production. Put the product reference first, then list the quantity, dimensions, material, finish, logo, packaging and destination. If a detail is not decided, write “to be confirmed” so it is clear that the quotation may change after sampling. Attach one current reference image instead of several files with conflicting versions whenever possible.

For a collection, identify each design separately. A buyer may request rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings in one message, but each product can have different dimensions, weight, components and sample work. A manufacturer can help identify these gaps, but the buyer should expect the price and timing to become more precise as the information improves.
