HOW IT WORKS
How our quotation process works

01 · Initial review

02 · Project quotation
MOQ starts from 30 pieces per design. Sample and mold fees are assessed by size, shape and weight.

03 · Sample confirmation
Review dimensions, weight, fit, finish, plating, logo and packaging before approving the production reference.

04 · Production and shipping
Standard production is usually 5–20 days after sample approval. Shipping options and destination responsibilities are confirmed separately.
What happens after you submit an RFQ
A useful RFQ does not need to be a perfect engineering document. We will review what you provide, ask focused questions and identify the next practical step. Quotes are normally returned within 24 hours after enough project information is available. Major changes to size, shape or construction after sampling may require a revised quotation.

Editorial note: This page is prepared by the 925 Pro team in Haifeng, Guangdong. The 925 Pro project launched in 2024 and is supported by 16 years of jewelry industry experience. Project details, documentation and delivery estimates must be confirmed for the specific product and destination market.
A complete custom jewelry quote starts with a useful brief
A custom jewelry quote is more accurate when the manufacturer can see the product direction and understand how it will be produced. You do not need to have every technical detail finished before contacting 925 Pro. A sketch, product link, reference image or written concept can begin the discussion. The more information you provide about quantity, size, material, plating, logo, packaging and destination, the more useful the first response can be.
Information to include in your RFQ
- Product type: ring, necklace, bracelet, earring, pendant, charm, chain, bead or accessory.
- Reference material: sketch, product link, image, mood board or existing sample.
- Quantity: target pieces per design and whether you expect repeat orders.
- Dimensions: ring size, chain length, pendant size, earring drop or component measurements.
- Material and finish: 925 silver, 999 silver where applicable, silver, gold or rose-gold plating.
- Brand details: logo position, engraving, jewelry cards, pouches, boxes and labels.
- Destination: country, preferred shipping method and any documentation questions.
HOW IT WORK
What happens after you submit a quote request
925 Pro supports overseas jewelry brands, designers, retailers and wholesalers with a clear route from design brief to repeatable production.
01
Initial review
We check the product direction and identify the missing details that may affect price or feasibility.
02
Quotation discussion
MOQ starts from 30 pieces per design. Sample and mold fees depend on size, shape and weight.
03
Sample development
Review proportion, fit, weight, construction, finish, plating, logo and packaging before approval.
04
Production planning
Standard production is usually 5–20 days after sample approval. Shipping is planned separately.
How sample and mold fees are assessed
There is no responsible single sample price for every design. A simple flat component, a detailed ring, a hollow pendant and a multi-part earring can require different development work. 925 Pro assesses sample and mold fees according to the specific size, shape and weight of the product. If the design changes substantially after the first review, the quotation may need to be updated. Minor changes are normally discussed within two revisions; major changes may require additional charges.
What to check before approving a sample
- Main dimensions and size range.
- Target or approved weight.
- Material and component construction.
- Surface finish and plating color.
- Logo placement and engraving details.
- Packaging size, material and labeling.
- Final quantity, production timing and destination.
Production and shipping expectations
Standard production is usually 5–20 days after sample approval. This window does not automatically include sample development, revisions, packaging printing, customs or transit. Large quantities and complex workmanship may require additional time. We can discuss small-parcel line and express shipping to serviceable destinations worldwide outside war zones. Confirm packed quantity, tracking, duties and taxes before dispatch.
Custom jewelry quote FAQ
Can I request a quote from a product link?
Yes. A product link is a useful starting reference. We still need to confirm the intended dimensions, material, finish, quantity and destination.
Can you quote private label packaging?
Yes. Include logo files, packaging direction, labeling needs and the target retail presentation in the RFQ.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
Quotes are normally returned within 24 hours after enough project information is available for a meaningful review.

How to prepare a quote request that can be answered quickly
The fastest quote requests are not necessarily the longest. They are organized around the decisions that affect production. Put the product reference first, then list the quantity, dimensions, material, finish, logo, packaging and destination. If a detail is not decided, write “to be confirmed” so it is clear that the quotation may change after sampling. Attach one current reference image instead of several files with conflicting versions whenever possible.
For a collection, identify each design separately. A buyer may request rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings in one message, but each product can have different dimensions, weight, components and sample work. Separate the products by SKU or temporary name. This helps 925 Pro review the project in a way that can later become a production and reorder specification.

Questions to answer before approving a quote
- Does the quotation describe the same material and finish shown in the reference?
- Is the MOQ calculated per design and does the quantity match the intended launch?
- Are sample and mold fees listed separately from production?
- Does the sample plan explain what can be changed and how revisions are handled?
- Is the production window counted from sample approval?
- Are packaging, shipping, duties and taxes discussed separately?
- Are documentation questions connected to the actual destination market?
When the design is not yet production-ready
A design does not need to be rejected because the first reference is incomplete. The next step may be a development conversation rather than a final quote. For example, a pendant image may need a bail measurement, a ring may need a size range, or an earring may need a post and back specification. A manufacturer can help identify these gaps, but the buyer should expect the price and timing to become more precise as the information improves.
Use the quote as the beginning of a project record
Keep the quotation, sample comments, approved photos, material notes and packaging files together. When the sample is approved, update the record with the final specification. This makes future reorders easier and gives both sides a shared reference if the product is expanded into a larger collection. Prepare the information that affects the final decision
A quote should help you decide whether to sample, not simply provide a number without context. If the product is plated, include the intended color and finish. If it is a ring, include a size range and profile. If it is a necklace, include chain length and pendant proportions. If it is an earring, include the drop, back or hook and the intended wearability. For packaging, include the retail format and whether the packaging needs to ship with the product or be supplied separately.
When these details are not decided, tell us. A quotation can be marked as a preliminary assessment and updated after the design is clarified. This is more reliable than treating an early estimate as a final production price.
Bring the right people into approval
If a designer, buyer and packaging specialist are involved, collect their comments before approving the sample. One consolidated decision is easier to produce than several separate changes sent at different times.
Keep the RFQ focused
A concise, organized request is easier to review than a long message with mixed product references. Group information by design and mark the quantity, finish and packaging for each item. This allows the quotation discussion to move from general questions to specific production decisions.
If you are unsure what to send, begin with the product image, quantity and destination. We can help identify the next details needed for a useful review.
