Production timing

Standard production is usually 5–20 days after sample approval. Larger quantities or complex craftsmanship may require additional time.

Shipping methods

Available options may include small-parcel lines and express shipping. The final method and cost depend on destination, order size and serviceability.

Destinations and duties

We support available destinations worldwide, excluding areas where shipping is not serviceable. Duties, taxes and import charges depend on the destination and agreed terms.

Returns and custom work

Custom samples and production orders are reviewed by project. Contact us before ordering if you need to discuss a design change, quality issue or delivery concern.
