Payment Methods Policy | 925 Pro

Payment methods

Payment terms are confirmed with each project.

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Quotation and authorization

Custom project prices, sample fees, mold fees, deposits, balances, currency and payment timing are stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. A project proceeds only after the agreed payment condition is met.

Available methods

Payment methods may vary by country, order value and project. We confirm the available method directly with the buyer. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials by email or WhatsApp.

Verification

We may request information needed to verify an order or prevent fraud. We may delay, decline or cancel a transaction when payment cannot be verified or project information is incomplete.

Refunds and currency

Eligible refunds are handled through the original method where possible. Banks and payment providers may apply currency conversion or other fees outside our control.
