Shipping Policy for Custom Jewelry

Shipping policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Processing and production

Standard production is usually 5–20 days after sample approval. Larger quantities and complex craftsmanship may require additional time. The confirmed schedule is stated before production begins.

Destinations and methods

We support serviceable destinations worldwide, excluding areas where transport is unavailable because of war or restrictions. Available methods may include small-parcel lines and express services. The final method and cost depend on destination, order size and serviceability.

Shipping charges, taxes and duties

Shipping charges, duties, taxes and import fees are handled according to the quotation, invoice or agreed shipping terms. Unless the written project terms say otherwise, the buyer is responsible for destination-country taxes, duties and customs information.

Delivery issues

Provide a complete and accurate address. Contact liam@925pro.com as soon as possible if a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or appears tampered with. Keep packaging and provide photographs when requested so we can review the issue with the carrier.

Contact

For a delivery estimate, send the destination country, order quantity and project details.

Business-use notice: These policies are prepared for the current 925 Pro website and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the countries where you sell. Nothing here limits mandatory rights that apply under local law.

Verified Materials

Sampling, plating, logo and packaging requirements are coordinated around your design.

Production Support

925 silver specifications and project documentation can be discussed for the destination market.

Worldwide Shipping

Small-parcel line and express shipping options are available for worldwide destinations outside war zones.
